As well as creating Snippy stories in the pandemic, I also wrote some silly alternative
lyrics to a few famous songs and arranged the music for our family group. We recorded them on my trusty iPad to spread a little cheer amongst our neighbours and friends at a very gloomy time.

Where is the life that once I led
A classic song by Cole Porter from the musical, Kiss Me Kate. All musicians and actors lost their livelihoods in the pandemic, so this was a lockdown lament for all those performers.
From Lockdown with Love
A James Bond / Carmen mash up Miles style. Alastair arranged the music for this using themes from Bizet’s opera, Carmen and the James Bond films.
